Here it is, my first MOC! An ice cream shop with a completely furnished interior and street scene! 

This MOC will be the start of a bigger city I want to design. As you can see, the scale of the city is smaller than the default Lego scale; 1 stud is approximately equal to 1 meter. This will help by creating a sense of scale without creating massive builds. 

Furthermore, the base of the MOC consists of modular baseplates that are 8 studs wide in both directions.

Now we will have a look at the interior.
The first floor houses the ice cream shop, which is packed with customers enjoying their ice cream. 

When we go up the stairs, we enter the living room of the apartment above the shop. You can see a couple enjoying the TV on a comfy couch. 

Are you hungry? Well, let’s go upstairs; there we can prepare a tasty meal in the kitchen. 

After a long day, you can go up to the last floor of your apartment, take a shower, read a book, and get a good night’s sleep. 

Finally, you can find a water tank and some chimneys on the roof. And some cars on the street.
